31 Mar Team Knock-out rule simplified.

There have been some changes to the rule that requires players to have taken part in league games before they can be selected for a Team Knock-out. The rule now only comes into effect from the quarter-final stage onwards. At this stage players must have played at least one league game in order to be selected. Going on to the semi-final stage they must have played two league games and by the Final three.
