President

Richard was elected as our 25th President in February 2024 and prior to this served as Vice President. Richard currently bowls for Thongsbridge Bowling Club.

General Secretary & Vice President

John was appointed General Secretary at the start of 2023 and Vice President at the start of 2025. John is a regular bowler with Shepley Bowling club where he has played since 2020.

League Secretary

Dave has bowled at the highest level with Netherton Cons and, currently, is with Brockholes Bowling Club.

Competition Secretary

Paul was appointed Competition Secretary at the start of 2024. Paul is a regular bowler with Thongsbridge Bowling Club.

Treasurer

Alan has a bowling CV as long as your arm. A past president of our association and 22 years at Yorkshire County CGBA with spells as President, Secretary and Treasurer and currently joint CEO. Whilst working at county level he was instrumental in the merger of the female and male organisations. As well as these onerous duties he also finds time working at national level with the British CGBA.

A bowler with Waterloo BC in our 10 man league, with Kirkheaton C&BC in the Huddersfield league and Almondbury Libs in  the Heavy Woollen League.
