Handicapping for the 6-man Julie Fuller competition has now been published.

The 6-man league was established as a lower divisions competition with restrictions that effectively excluded top ranking bowlers from the 10-man league and team handicaps have reflected those restrictions. Easing the restrictions over the past two seasons has resulted in more players and teams taking part which is very positive. However it also means, with previously restricted bowlers now participating, the handicapping approach of old is no longer fit for purpose. To address this, team handicaps are now subject to an adjustment if top ranking 10-man bowlers are put into a team. The top bowlers (based on 2024 averages) playing in the 10-man league will attract a team handicap adjustment of between -3 and -1. There is no adjustment for simply having a bowler on a 6-man team list, these adjustments will only apply on a match by match basis as and when a bowler takes part in a Julie Fuller round.
