13 Jun INTER-DISTRICT OFF TO A FLYING START FOR WEST RIDING

The Inter-District league got of to a good start on Friday 11 June with Halifax playing Bradford and West Riding playing Skipton. There are just 5 teams in the league this year with Leeds, Castleford and Wakefield all withdrawing due to shortage of players. Huddersfield are the fifth team in the league and had a bye in the first round.

West Riding had a flying start winning both Home and Away against Skipton. We’ll have a better feel for the likely front runners and the wooden spooners after the next round on Friday 25 June, watch out for further announcements when the Huddersfield Home green is announced.
