23 May Colin Firth reaches 90th milestone

Congratulations to Colin Firth who was yesterday presented with a 90th Achievement Certifcate by hvba President Frank Greenwood at Greenhead Park prior to their match agains Marsh Liberal Club in the 6 Man league.

Frank was given a very warm welcome on the day and thanked club representative Richard Pearcey for their hospitality. Staying to watch some of the match Frank was impressed by the standard of play on what was quite a bumby and heavy green. He was also really pleased to hear how successful Greenhead Park have been during their recent campaign to recruit new players. They have gained eight new novice players who are now ensuring the club will be able to continue in the veterans leagues.

Well done Colin, and well done Greenhead Park!
