As though it was not enough of an all liberal affair with Golcar Libs playing Lindley Libs the hosts Almondbury Libs made it a day to remember at the team knockout match.

The Almondbury Liberal club ladies (Heather Dyson and friend) provided a continuous supply of cold Orange and mixed Fruit drinks free of charge to everyone. What a generous, surprising and most welcome gesture. On behalf of the players a very big thank you in appreciation of your kind and thoughtful consideration during the extremely hot afternoon.
