21 Jan Brockholes Bowling Club

Located between the lovely villages of Honley and Brockholes on the New Mill Road.
The bowling green was first opened in 1914. Our membership roughly consists of 120 bowling members and 20 social only members.
We have two 10-man teams and two 6-man teams in the HVBA. Also two ladies afternoon teams, three ladies evening league teams, one mixed works team, one ladies works team, two Dearne and Don teams, one Elland League team, and two teams in the Heavy Woolen Parks Saturday afternoon league.
Up to 2019 we also had a very successful junior team, but the majority of them outgrew the junior status and have moved on to bowling with the senior bowlers in various leagues.
