Huddersfield’s last match of the season is versus new opponents – Aire & Wharfe who entered the league for the first time this season. Huddersfield are currently sitting fourth in the table with Aire & Wharfe in sixth 37 points behind. Bradford are just one point behind Huddersfield. However, both Bradford and Aire & Wharfe have a game in hand so there’s a lot of pride at stake for Huddersfield and a big victory is required to ensure we don’t finish in sixth.

Halifax have topped the league for most of the season but are now feeling the heat with West Riding only 7 points behind and Halifax having a bye this week. West Riding play Leeds who could still have a say in where the Grouse trophy goes and who finishes with the runners-up cheque.
