03 Aug PETER CELEBRATES HIS NINTIETH

Peter Booth of Thongsbridge is the latest recipient of a Certificate of Achievement as still being an active bowler and member of the clubs 6-man C team. The certificate was presented by the writer, himself a Thongsbridge player, on the occasion of the teams home game versus Meltham on Friday 1 August.

Peter is the third Thongsbridge member to receive the award in the last 12 months which indicates there must be something in the water or the Farmers Blonde! This was another pleasurable presentation in front of his teammates and many of the A and B teams.
