This form is for player transfers between clubs either during or between seasons.

It must be completed by the Official Club Representative for the club a player is moving to.

BEFORE COMPLETING THIS FORM the player transfer must have been agreed with the hvba Club Representative responsible for the club a player is moving from. The League/Competition Secretary will seek confirmation of this and if agreement has not been reached the request will be rejected.

You will be contacted shortly after submission to confirm completion of the registration and that the player is registered on Bowlsnet. It is only once the player is on Bowlsnet that they can compete for their new club. Team handicaps may be reviewed and any necessary adjustments will be advised.

Important – Team captains should take careful note of the mid-season player transfer rules as transferred players are very unlikely to be eligible to compete for their new club in any current team knock-out competitions.
