PRIZE PRESENTATION & GENERAL MEETING

The Association’s Prize Presentation and 6-monthly general meeting is being held at Meltham Sports Complex on Monday 17 October at 2 pm.

All prize winners for the individual and pairs comps will be welcome, as will divisional trophy winners. Club Representative should endeavour to attend and if not available please appoint a substitute as crucial votes will be taken on the bye-laws appertaining for the 2023 season.

The usual agenda has been amended so that the prize presentations and raffle draw will be at the start of the meeting and those wishing to leave at this point can do so. Equally they would be welcome to stay and listen to the discussions but only one person per club is entitled to vote.
