RISK ASSESSMENTS – ALL CLUBS MUST SUBMIT

Has your club submitted a Risk Assessment? If not it must be submitted to Yorkshire County CGBA before any matches can take place at your club.

Our matches start on 3 and 4 May and there are quite a few of our member clubs who haven’t yet submitted their Risk Assessment. Please check with your club secretary or whoever is responsible for dealing with these serious matters. This is vitally important not just so that we can play our matches but we all want to play in a safe environment.

The club representatives of clubs who haven’t yet submitted their assessment will be contacted by email in the next 48 hours with another copy of the BCGBA template which gives them just one week to complete this essential task to ensure we have a smooth and safe start to bowling.

One assessment will cover all the leagues in which you play and it should be submitted to Alan Stephenson by email or post. Alan’s email is davidalanstephenson@googlemail.com and postal address is 159 Lascelles Hall Road, Kirkheaton, Huddersfield, HD5 0BE.
