Holmfirth B have now withdrawn from the Julie Fuller Trophy. This is in addition to the earlier withdrawal of Lindley Libs and has necessitated a further re-jig of the maxi-league structure of the tournament.

The scores for the first round matches between Netherton Cons and Slaithwaite will now be cancelled and the affected teams will be given an average score for the fixture based on their scores in the next three rounds.

The teams affected in Rounds 2-4 will now play each other rather than the original fixture. In round 2 due to be played Monday 28 June Netherton Cons will play Primrose Hill Libs. In round 3 due to be played on Monday 19 July Skelmanthorpe Windmill B will play Primrose Hill Libs. Round 4 to be played on Monday 2 August will see Marsh United play Skelmanthorpe Windmill B.

It’s uncanny how these two withdrawals would have affected several teams twice but with the re-arrangement most teams will now have played the full complement of games in the rounds. Only Netherton Cons and Slaithwaite will be awarded average scores for the cancelled matches.
